This pre-populated template helps link program budgets and a master budget sheet. Sums from the program tabs are linked to the master sheet so changes made at the program level are reflected in real time on the master.
You can use this both to plan and balance your budget by replacing your planned budget amounts in the program tabs with actual amounts as months close. That lets you keep a running latest estimate forecast on the master sheet so you can meet the planning needs of your finance team.
